Asura Technologies emerged from the collective passion of AI automation enthusiasts. Our shared vision? From the outset, we made a strategic choice: to set our sights on global markets.

Our inaugural product, ARU—an independent video analytics software—made waves in 2018. ARU was recognized at the Intertraffic Amsterdam Innovation Awards as a software capable of transforming existing infrastructure into intelligent systems. Its camera-independent approach marked a pivotal step toward smarter, more efficient solutions.

With a strategic investment of $2 million from the GB & Partners Venture Capital Fund, Asura gained momentum in 2019. This infusion allowed us to broaden our client base and amplify our impact.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we rose to the challenge. In just six weeks, we developed our own facial recognition software. This system aided Hungarian authorities in monitoring quarantine compliance and tracking infected individuals—a testament to our agility and commitment.

GB & Partners continued their support, investing $8.7 million in Asura Technologies USA Inc., our U.S. subsidiary. This strategic move granted Asura majority ownership of Denver-based Parking Revenue Recovery Services Inc. (PRRS). The union of PRRS’s decades-long parking enforcement expertise with our innovative automation and video analytics prowess birthed a groundbreaking parking compliance system deployed in twenty-one states.

As the pandemic waned, Asura achieved significant milestones. We secured Gold Partner status with Axis Communications, solidifying our position as a technology leader. Simultaneously, we embarked on an ambitious project: designing an innovative parking system for Budapest Airport. Additionally, our bicycle counting initiative with Hungarian Public Roads aimed at enhancing data collection and real-time reporting.

Gabor holds more than two decades of international corporate finance / M&A and investment management experience. Spent 15 years in leading positions at CACIB, of which 10 years as a Managing Director at the EMEA investment banking division of the bank's Paris HQ. He has successfully closed numerous large-scale international M&A deals, IPOs and led strategic advisory assignments in various countries across the EMEA region.

Balazs Zirklewski has been driving business strategies as Business Development Director at Asura Technologies Ltd since March 2020. Prior to this pivotal role, he served as a Business Development Manager at Dataxo Group from November 2019 to May 2020, and as the International Business Development Manager at ONLINET Group Zrt. from April 2017 to January 2020. Equipped with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the prestigious International Business School, Balazs's career trajectory reflects a steadfast commitment to driving growth and forging impactful connections in the business landscape.

As an experienced finance professional, our CFO has demonstrated a proven track record of leadership and expertise across various roles in the finance sector. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, they have held key positions such as CFO, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Finance in reputable organizations. His responsibilities have encompassed managing financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and spearheading reporting requirements to drive efficiency and uphold regulatory standards. With a strong foundation in accounting, controlling, and HR management, he has successfully led teams, executed mergers, and implemented system enhancements to optimize performance. Zoli is a strong finance professional with a comprehensive background andan absolutorium focused in Business IT from Szegedi Tudományegyetem.

Jenő has gained deep knowledge and experience in the fields of corporate financing projects, feasibility studies, the analysis of financial models as well as the preparation of decision making proposals at Hungarian Development Bank (MFB). Moreover, he broadened his expertise at Niveus Consulting in corporate valuation, due diligence and M&A transactions exercises, including the compilation of teasers and information memoranda. Currently he is engaged in building up and revising business models, strengthening the field of Deals & Corp. Development.
