VEHICLE CATEGORIZATION

VEHICLE CATEGORIZATION IS AN ON-DEMAND MODULE, WHICH WORKS BY PROCESSING THE VIDEO STREAM RECORDED USING SPECIFIC CAMERA ANGLES.

  • Hardware triggers (radars) are eliminated, the system uses AI-based object detection for triggering.
  • Categorization is performed using video image, works in normal conditions and in traffic jams as well.
  • Video analytics solution is capable of learning new, custom categories on demand.
  • Good performance even in scenarios problematic for systems using LiDAR (traffic jams / vehicles switching lanes).
